Roti khurasan

On Sunday, we went back to Muar to visit Makngah (hubs auntie). We spent a night there. Dah lama tak balik Muar. I feel so sad when we passed by the cemetery where Mak & Abah live now and also my house. I miss to stay there like before. Tak payah fikir apa2. How nice. :(
On Monday, we went to Pasar Lambak at Stadium area. I stumbled upon this stall selling Roti Khurasan. This was my late Abah's favourite food. I still remember the very last time he had Roti Khurasan. It was way back during my uni time. I was at home spending my weekends with Mak & Abah. Abah asked me to drive him to Pasar Malam nearby to get him the Roti Khurasan.He can drive but he couldn't walk too far as we had to park a bit far from the pasar malam area. I was so lazy, I declined his wish coz I really don't like the congested area there, and I just left the dining table and went to my room.
One hour passed by and I saw him walked into the house carrying few plastic bags full with food and also the Roti Khurasan. I felt so guilty that time but I just kept quiet. And me, Mak and Abah ate the food that he bought. I still remember the taste of Roti Khurasan. It was so yummy.
Oh, by the way, Roti Khurasan is actually a burger. The seller uses cooked minced meat with some spice inside the burger. The sauce and few slices of cucumber will be put inside too in the middle of the bread. Then, the burger will be wrapped by popiah skin and they will fry it. The specialty of Roti Khurasan is the sauce. It is homemade and a bit spicy.  And usually the sellers are some tabligh man or ar.qam if I'm not mistaken wearing white jubah and serban. But the one that we saw, is wearing normal baju melayu with songkok.
Hubs bought one piece to taste it. They usually fry upon request. So it will stay crunchy.

I ate a bit, but I couldn't finish it. I miss Abah. I miss Mak. And I miss every moments spent with them. :(
