Just now I clicked at the ads appeared in my blog. Then, I bumped into the energy tips given by Milo. Click here. I found the tips are useful coz me myself memang cari useful tips how to stay fit and energetic. Yelah bukan senang nk juggle between, work, kids and life. 24hours macam tak cukup.
Although the tips are quite basic thing, but somehow we tend to forget what is actually needed to stay fit. Below somehow, tiba2 I gigih nk write down the tips. It's useful. Bila-bila boleh refer nanti. :)
1) Stay hydrated - Dehydration is common cause of fatigue. Drink enough fluids and water throughout - Am trying myself to fill up 1l H2O at the office and 1lH2O at home. Enough?
2) Sweat it out - A good workout helps your heart pump better, gets your adrenalin flowing and boosts your energy level. You’ll surely feel better. - Yang ni kena start sikit2. Dulu2, i selalu buat exercise after bangun tidur. Lompat bintang 100x perday camtu la.. Tak sedar pun, body is slowly looked fit and slim. KENA start balik this routine.
3) Sing or whistle - Greet your day with a happy song and you’ll find yourself in a chirpy mood. Whistling a cheery tune works too. - I slalu nyanyi on my way back home form the office, or at home with Farissa & Faruq. Kalau mr hubs ade, nanti dia ejek2.. -_-"
4) Work out - Exercise regularly. Do push-ups or lift weights to strengthen your muscles. Join sports activities. Staying fit helps you stay energetic and alert.- Note to myself - Kena start nie..
5) Start right - Start your day with a healthy breakfast. It fills your “empty tank” after a night’s sleep and charges you up! - Must change the routine. Asek duk tapau nasi lemak for breakfast. Heh!
6) Avoid energy sappers! - Being with people who are constantly complaining or negative can wear you out. - 101% agreed!
7) Play more! - Work is important but so is play. Make time to chill out so you can recharge, mentally and physically. - Main game FB? :P
8) Laugh often - Laughter is a fantastic antidote to energy slump. It releases important hormones that make you feel good. Watch a funny movie or share some jokes. - This one I prefer reading funny blogs. Really make my day!
9) Sit up! - Slouching leads to pain, discomfort and muscle fatigue. Fix your energy levels through good posture. - Must try!
10) Get a goon night rest - While you sleep, your body goes through a rebuilding and rejuvenation process. Be sure to get sufficient sleep. - Yang ni susah especially when Farissa demanded for milk in the middle of the nite!
11) Get physical! - Run, jog or dance. Climb the stairs instead of taking the lift. Walk or ride a bike to meet your friends. - Must start on this!
12) Alternate hot and cold shower - A great way to boost metabolism, heart rate and blood circulation. Also great for sore muscles! - Yang ni I slalu buat. I prefer masak air panas sendiri rather than using hot water pump! Lagi puas mandi pakai baldi. Ekekek..
13) Be positive - Worrying too much will bog you down. On the other hand,
having a positive outlook will boost you up. - Yes yes.. be positive.. Reminder to myself. Slaps!14) Eat for energy - Eat more grains, fruits and vegetables – these foods give you carbohydrates for energy, plus vitamins, minerals and fibre. - Wajib!
15) Connect with others - Being in good company can perk you up. Build relationships. Tap into the social energy around you. - This is true. Tak semestinya kita kena bagitau all details in our life kan. Be chatty yet pleasant pun dh cukup. Say Hi to ppl will make your day. Try it!
16) Move about - Mid afternoon slump? Get away from your desk. Take a quick walk around the office or go up and down the stairs. You’ll feel more energised. - Will practice this.
17) Brush away the zzz.. - Feeling droopy by mid-day? Take five to brush your teeth.
It’s the simplest way to recharge. - Tak pernah try lagi coz I malas nk bawak toothbrush gi office. Tehehehe..18) Balance your day - Split your time well between work and rest. If you have too much of either, you will only end up feeling sluggish and lethargic. - Very true!
19) Take a nap - Sometimes, a quick afternoon nap is all you need to get

20) Find new interests - Take up new activities like rock climbing, futsal or whatever interests you. You’ll be surprised how your enthusiasm will spill over to your other chores. - YES MUST!!!
21) Limber up - Get up and walk around if you have been reading, surfing the
net or watching TV. Have a good s-t-r-e-t-c-h. Better still, go for a short run! - Good tip!!

22) Snack smart! - Refuel with small snacks. Reach for the healthy munchies – a few nuts or raisins, an apple or some celery sticks. And don’t forget a cup of delicious MILO® drink! - Usually I will drink Milo from the machine at the office. Ahh!! Refreshing!!
23) Get out and have fun - Spending too much time at the computer? Get some fresh air. Go biking, jogging or simply a brisk walk. You’ll feel more invigorated. - With my family of course!
24) Take a deep breaths - Draw in a deep breath and then fully exhale. Repeat a few times. Having more oxygen in your blood stream will energise you. - :D
25) Nourish your body - Balance your food choices. Feed your body the nutrients it needs – protein, carbohydrates, fat and different types of vitamins and minerals - in the right proportions. - Yang nie pun kena belajar lagi. Takmo main makan jek..
26) Get some sun - Feeling lethargic in an air-conditioned room? Go out for a short sunny break. It’ll perk you up. - Agreed!
27) Set goals - You can always improve your life, even in very small ways. Having goals will motivate you and keep you feeling more energetic.- Dah macam opis plak ade goal2. Tapi mmg bagus tau.. eventho goal yg ntah apa2. Let say aiming to cook within 1 hour rather spending time whole day in the kitchen. Or aiming to put more veggies portion in meals. Setting goals per day pun elok juger. At least kita tak expect so high and kecewa kalau tak dapat. My goals slalu kalau balik keje, nak masak apa etc etc, nk check beg skolah Faruq, and usually what I want to do with my kids in a very short time after work. Camtu la. So far puas hati, coz when we plan, our day will be a better day.
28) Eat a banana - Banana is a great energy booster and it is rich in potassium. - Nak carik banana kang. Ni mmg wajib makan time I diet dulu.
